Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Your booking includes a $60 administration fee which is non-refundable due to third party costs incurred when the booking is made and to re-organise booking schedule.
Changing your appointment
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. This can be done by creating a login on the website. You can then click on mybookings and see past and future bookings. Click the reschedule button to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for this.
You will unable to change your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your consultation - we can offer you a full refund (less the $60 processing fee).
Please note that the processing fee is charged because our payment gateway charges us a percentage fee on each transaction (regardless of cancellations) and also charges us an administration fee for refunds and we also have administrative costs with entering your personal details into our electronic medical system.
Your fee will be refunded in a timely manner but please be aware that the payment gateway holds funds for 7-10 days. We process refunds once the funds have been received.
Within 48 hours of the consultation we will be unable to provide a refund.
No Refunds
In summary there are no refunds in the following circumstances:

For consultation changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

Once the consultation has taken place.

For prescriptions issued.
