Our Partners
We partner with Health Experts who work in menopausal medicine and women's health to work together to improve your health.
Marja Captijn
Menopause Consultant/Coach &
Personal Trainer
Marja trained in the Netherlands as a nurse, with a post grad in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. In 2012 she moved to New Zealand, where she retrained as a personal trainer.
Menopause hit Marja like a ton of bricks and made her realise the lack of support and knowledge in this area. She shifted her focus from training to educating and supporting women in this stage of life.
A holistic approach, looking at the human being and not just looking at the human body is one of Marja's core values.
She has upskilled via menopause training to add to her existing skillset.
If you are new to perimenopause/menopause or needing support navigating your menopause journey, Marja has a wealth of experience supporting menopausal women with individualised lifestyle coaching and education around treatments.
